CSCI 170 - Internet Resources
Assignment #1Part I
Browse the WWW and find three URLs for each of the following categories (so thats 9 URLs in all):
- Scholarly in nature, pertaining to your major
- Your favorite search engines
- Sites of interest to you
E-mail these 9 URLs to me (jbarthelmes@sjfc.edu) along with the following evaluation information about EACH site before the next class (be sure to keep a record of this information by placing your email address in the cc: line; you will need it for later assignments):
- Give the full name and URL (address) of the site.
- Provide a brief description of the site (one or two full sentences)
- Does the site appear to be well-maintained? Explain.
This information will be needed for a later assignment. Be sure your name appears in the email and have the subject read "CSCI 170 Assignment 1"

This site contains everything you ever wanted or needed to know about the band, their music, when and where their concerts are, and who their fans are. This site is managed by my former roomate, Father O'Malley. The graphics on this site are fantastic! The information appears to be updated weekly with new concert/album information and reviews.
